Strategy Associate
Responsible for generating internal strategies for the team, taking initiative to learn new methods, as well as implementing them efficiently. Looking for people with exceptional critical thinking, creativity, coding skills and an
understanding of the markets.
Analytics Associate
Responsible for building and maintaining analytics tools, like Sparkstone’s backtester and web-based analytics platform as well as constructing a robust risk engine model and assisting with testing. Team members will be exposed to
a wide range of concepts, including algorithms, full stack development, databases, and data-mining. We are looking for people with a strong programming background, an exceptional ability to reason on large codebases, and an openness to learn
new technologies.
Executive Associate
Works directly with the Executive Director managing numerous projects in sponsorship, marketing, internal management, and legal development. Collaborates to define team vision and direction. Needs to have exceptional critical thinking,
work ethic, time management, and communication abilities.
